I am fully aware of the effects of temperature on electrical conductivity and substantially aware of how it impacts circuit performance. I contend that it is a better characterization to say that the P4 is thermally limited than speed path limited. To me, saying that something is speedpath limited, implies that there are certain problem paths that are limiting speed. Temperature affects all paths.
