Last week, one of the fellows who sat next to me at dinner was a system's theory specialist from Norway. I wish I could have circulated your post at dinner. I wonder if the authors of the posts live in New York State.An article in NYTimes mentioned that in New York 10th graders were allowed to take high-school graduation tests. They start them young so they can graduate. Also, the students are entitled by law to take the test more than once!!! (LOL) Thanks for the laugh!!!! Mephisto
