I never said you said Democrats were low educated. I said you needed to discuss that with others because there appears to be a conflict. Some people seem to be asserting that a majority of Democrats are low educated religious types (and by that I do not mean Buddhists, who are a very tiny minority of the American religious landscape). And then you talk about American Democrats and their affinity for Buddhism. I've seen no evidence of that. Our last Democratic president was a Southern Baptist, his VP was also a mainstream Christian. ALL of the Democrats in politics that I am aware of tow the mainstream religion line. Who these Democrats are that think Buddhism is great are a mystery to me. Perhaps you meant Democrats are more tolerant of Buddhists? That might be true- but even then, I've seen no data on the issue.

Please go back and look at your statement again. You were very clearly wrong about the Communist Chinese and I think you are probably wrong about the Democratic Americans. Would you care to try again?
