If your downloader is up to date, just click the add new security link, then click the lookup tab.

From there the second window down labeled "group" click the arrow to get the scroll down screen. In there you will see the major indexes. That will display all the stocks that make up each index. ( Make sure you empty out the last symbols you were looking up in the "search/name/symbol window)
