*OT* >>My guess is, it'll be 2002 or later before they're back<<

Maybe but I noticed a few disappearing before the big drop and then it just accelerated. You are correct that we tend to play with more leverage or riskier instruments. Sheeple aren't playing futures and options for the most part but they also tend to follow ana-cyst advice too and I know many that were just getting into tech despite my warnings at the top and ignored further warnings during the decline saying they were "in it for the long term", or "it always comes back"... "buy the dip" yada yada yada.

At least most SIers know to take quick small losses with stops etc. Still one would think that at least the SIers that disappeared would at least send a PM to a long time cyber friend, post on an off topic thread, something.

Don't know, it is just weird, like going to some of my old bases where there used to be rows of B-52s on the ramp and now only seeing weeds growing out of an empty ramp and runway. Ghost town type feeling.

You may be right, on our site, traffic by unique users is actually climbing but the posts are slowing. May just be the confusion factor. Page views are also a lot higher showing more charts being looked at, more threads being read, and being checked more often etc.

Good Luck,

Lee
