OTOH, if a competitor of the subsea party purchased the asset at the lowered price, perhaps in connection with another securitized situation, it could then work against the original provider
Precisely the points being made WRT:
1. buying up liquidated assets (by GX competitors) and avoiding high debt overhead, and this impact upon GX revenue models
2. my comments about "just who" are these bondholders that will be steering the liquidation processes....
