Best I can tell, it aint going to be pretty. I added up known holdings at last quarter and plugged in todays prices and it only comes up to around $5.7 million worth. That plus cash is LESS than liabilities. But they have $10+ million shown as a tax liability that I guess could be reversed. They have time...their SBA debt is due a little a time over years so there is hope I guess. Another concern is how much their stocks have continued to fall since 3/31 ? 10K should be out with a few weeks. Maybe a week.
