The GOP (Nixon) opened up trade with China, supported it and the #1 lobbyist for major corps to China is Henry Kissinger. A little known fact but that genius has banked about 50 million in fees introducing US corps to Chinese leaders. As soon as he left office he started banking China. Why do you thnk he was on CNN all last week? He's the expert. The GOP is not anti trade with China. Otherwise the Senate and Congress wouldn't have passed it. Try again.

Here's a better one. If you could go back in time and had influence over your GOP party right before Reagan signed the Garnes-St germaine act to dergulate the S+L's, would you have opposed RR or supported him on pure party loyalty. It cost tax-payers more than 600 billion which we're still on the hook for, remember.

If so then stay a Republican and talk some sense to your GOP reps about the dismantling of environmental protection and the accompanying collusion in the power industry which made, bought and paid for Mr. Bush and Cheney. The good of the country should transcend party lines just like defence issues do.
