Hi jr not ewing; Actually, what Dan3 was doing was putting up an imitation Scumbria post. I should go back through the thread and generate a set of links to Rambus morons predicting that AMD (or the X-Box, or Dolphin, or Nvidia, or VIA, or ALi, or SiS, or ServerWorks, or IBM, or ATI, or etc.) is going to start designing chipsets that use RDRAM. The fact is that if one of those companies were starting a Rambus based chipset, we'd all know about it. The industry is way too small for news like that to stay quiet. And why would Rambus let it stay quiet, anyway. They need to pump the stock price up so management can exercise and dump their option shares, and that sort of news would help. -- Carl
