Now imagine the cost of keeping guys to discuss the procedures, type writing them, archiving, and amending them! How much % of the work force would be involve in the procedural part of the business?

Oh by the way they forced you to put clothes shoes (don't know the name in English) on top of your normal shoes before entering the C.O. The funny thing is that they put them everywhere. Even where dust and particles caused no harm.

You would go up a mountain with a four-wheel drive. Before entering the radio relay station you would have to put your clothes shoes too!

CLECs may have failed because they didn't have the right size broom to sweep the C.O.!!!
