IMO, what will drive it higher over the next year is simply an economy that is turning around. Instead of bad earnings news and warnings, there will be earnings surprises to the upside, and analyst upgrades. I think the fundamentals aren't bad at all. The DOW is still quite pricey to me, and some of the tech giants (a la CSCO) are still high priced due to a false feeling that they are the "safe" tech stocks to be in, but there are also some really, really good values out there.

I imagine Monday will be volatile as hell... still undecided what hedges I'll place, if any. Option straddles sure sound tasty.
