Interesting.
I agree that the Naz could use a healthy correction, but it looks to me that the upside for the NYA is quite limited. It's only been down 20% from the all time high is at 680 to the low, and is sitting exactly on the 38.2% to that.
After all, it IS a bear, isn't it?
