Thanks for the clarification. I have looked at Wi-Lan a bit and read a few of their patents. The balance sheet doesn't impress me as much as their scrappiness and technology. What has kept me from looking at it more closely or talking to the company has been the fact that it is difficult to invest in because Wi-Lans not listed on any of the U.S. exchanges - at least as far as I can tell.
