Haim, most large companies have sophisticated document (including email) retention policies whereby all documents, including emails are purged on a regular basis, sometimes as little as 6 or 9 months. Such a policy alone probably kept intel from meeting the same antitrust fate of their esteemed "wintel" partner. The cases are fairly clear that if you puke it out on a regular basis (and it is not already under subpoena) you are ok. Regards, Ken
