Naz up 273 points, dow up 381. Before 4pm monday afternoon, tomorrow.

Not a dead cat bounce, or a bull trap, but a return to the FULL FLEDGE MANIA that we all know and love. Joey Bagadnonuts will be on CNBC tomorrow by 4:30, pimping like there is no tomorrow.

First, The MANIA is history. Forget about it.

Secondly, do agree that the near term potential on the Nasdaq is huge, much larger than people seem to think.
We have gone through another MANIA just now---the short selling is the way to make money Mania. That one will is going to be history as well.
That is also going to be responsible a big chunk of the Nasdaq gains in the coming weeks.

OK--I will make a prediction.

C'mon Nasdaq up 273 points? Get realistic.
Nasdaq gains about 150 points tomorrow to 2100 is my upper limit.<ggg>
Sounds unbelievable but what is the point of making predictions for 20 point gains or losses. Might as well go out on a limb. If not tomorrow, by no later than Tuesday.

This fits in with my Extremely bullish short term Nasdaq scenario--I want to stress that I am only bullish short and possibly intermediate term. Longer term, energy problems and high debt may catch up and therefore I am more uncertain.
Since my trading is only for the short term, I don't really worry about what happens later in the year at this point in time.

BTW--Hope I don't get labelled a clown for my predictions.<g>
Those predictions are going to become reality, pushing the Nasdaq to around 2500 in a very short time--driven by the once high fliers (heavily shorted) and to some degree the Nasdaq blue chips.
