Little Joe, If you had to make something that no one wanted and produce energy or produce what many real wackos crave. And if the wacko got it they could kill millions in a flash. What would be the cost of keeping it safely away.

All things being equal I'm for dirty and nasty a few hundred cubic yards that can be isolated as by far the safest.

Well, I read about Thorium breeder reactors in Scientific American back in the 80s (also in some of the literature handed out by Lyndon Larouch's campaign team).

As for stratified charge engines, these are what Honda uses in their cars.
