CB, yes I'm so heartless -g-. I just happen to believe that if you want to avoid a bust you must avoid the excesses of the boom. In todays economy we have excess capacity in semiconductors and telecom malinvestment in i-nuts businesses . Should more credit be extended to them in the hopes that they can one day be profitable or to add even more capacity or should they face reality and learn to operate their businesses on a more sound basis? The credit boom is one of the reasons why we get a cluster of errors - just have .con in your business and you are drowning in credit. Mike
