He felt he was ABOVE THE LAW of the boards. What law are we talking about? That one can not disagree with anyone on SI? What kind of middle class, uptight position is that? Scumbria and I disagreed on a number of things. So what....it didn't make my position less wrong or more right. The problem with too many people on SI is that they feared Scumbria's intellect, particularly when it flew in the face of their belief system. When you blatantly violate the rules, you have no one else to blame but yourself. One day, when Scumbria grows up, they may let him come back if he can be more civil. I applaud SI for their action. I wrote to them and told them how I felt and agreed with their action. Well, aren't you the classy guy!! Did you also compliment your 4th grade teach when she punished the guy shooting paper clips? In general, I think you need to look at your reaction to Scumbria......it seems pretty unhealthy. I find that people only get defensive when they are not clear that their position is a sure thing. People hated Scumbria's one liners. Why? Because they were unable to respond accordingly. Such stupidity......are we back in preschool...they are the ones who need to grow up. Maybe if he says he's sorry and asks for forgiveness, then, and only then, will they consider reinstating him. Why would he say he's sorry? These are investments threads, not law review. And how do you know what SI will do? Give it a rest. ted
