Hi Hank, I've been watching the controversy and have an observation. Have you given any thought to the fact that the time and sales figures you posted probably only came from one ECN? There were others: (Island, Archipelago, Attain, Brut, Instinet, MarketXT, NexTrade, REDIBook, Tradebook) Some investors like Zeev have brokers that get "Best Price" trades for all transactions and shop all of the ECNs. You seem to be arguing over a quarter when the odds are very much in Zeev's favor. It being too close to call, I would venture that an apology is in order. Good luck in your trades. BT
