Chris, I have a mixed bias in this regard. On one hand I hold RSYS which would benefit from any GSM upgrade like GPRS. I also have a larger stake in QCOM which would not. Most of the news updates I see come from the QCOM threads which would tend to only post the negative articles. That being said my guess is the negative stories still outnumber the positive ones by a 10-1 margin.
