I was curious what you thought Clinton did, such as a foreign policy success or a domestic initiative that had tangible results.

You cite things that are the result of socio-economic forces that the president has little control over.

Not so.....William Howard Taft was a Republican, and presided over a period of unprecedented prosperity. He is mainly noted for his scandals.....
