San Juan Oaks is between San Juan Bautista and Hollister in San Benito County. You could fly into San Jose or Monterey if you wanted to play there. SJB is the second largest town in the county, with about 1600 people. The Ridgemark golf courses are several hundred yards from my back yard, well out of sight. They're quite a few years older than San Juan Oaks.

The low volume in SFY makes one think of the quiet before the storm. We still have to break 34 to see anything meaningful happen in the stock. I just got my proxy materials on Saturday, so haven't voted yet. The annual report made nice reading, so far at least. In addition to Rimu/Kauri we still have Tawa and Matai to look forward to. Short term, medium term, long term all looks good for SFY. However, I do share some of Stephen_in_blue_heaven's concern about the lower end of the production figures. I'm attributing that to SFY low-balling, which I sincerely hope is the case, but I also know that a lot of things have to happen to get production moving. The earnings are there, the reserves are there, but production has been light.
