Are you claiming you have a 1500MHz P4 system? And that you have actually measured the power consumption of the CPU while running Scimark and Seti? Again, I'm not asking for the largely irrelevant CPU utilization reported in the operating system - I'm asking for Watts averaged over a thermally significant time period.

If you truly have this data, please report the measured wattage, and the measurement conditions (voltage, frequency, operating system), so that I can check your measurements.
