UF - I think he was echoing what NOK and others in Europe probably feel. They were having a ball with GSM and now suddenly it all looks like it is going to last as long as the Naz bubble.

It must be prettty uncomfortable for them. They probably thought that Q would lose in the patent wars but it was upheld in the Courts. Even more upsetting. The question we should be asking is not what happens ot NOK as Q gains in ascendancy but what happens to Finland! No kidding look at the size of NOKs exports compared to Finland total.

And now they will ahve the Koreans and Kyocera with all their manufacturing and marketing skills to cope with on cdma products. How much difference will there be between NOK and any other outsourced handset manufacturer. The value is in the IPR.

III said for some time this is a life and death struggle and Q is just an interefering little company from San Diego, how dare it interfere with the Europena Unions favourite high tech manufacturer.
