Òåðìîýëåêòðè÷åñêèå ãåíåðàòîðû

Ñåðäöåì ãåíåðàòîðà ÿâëÿåòñÿ
òåðìîýëåêòðè÷åñêèé ìîäóëü, íà÷èíåííûé
ïîëóïðîâîäíèêàìè. Îäíà ñòîðîíà ìîäóëÿ
íàãðåâàåòñÿ ãàçîâîé ãîðåëêîé,
ïðîòèâîïîëîæíàÿ ñòîðîíà îõëàæäàåòñÿ ñ
ïîìîùüþ àëþìèíèåâûõ ïðîôèëåé. Çà ñ÷åò
ýòîãî ìåæäó ïîâåðõíîñòÿìè ìîäóëÿ
ñîçäàåòñÿ ïåðåïàä òåìïåðàòóð îò 540
ãðàäóñîâ Öåëüñèÿ äî 140 ãðàäóñîâ Öåëüñèÿ.
Ñîçäàåòñÿ ïîñòîÿííûé ïåðåòîê òåïëà, ïîä
âîçäåéñòâèåì êîòîðîãî ïîëóïðîâîäíèêè
ãåíåðèðóþò ýëåêòðè÷åñêèé òîê.

 íàñòîÿùåå âðåìÿ Global Thermoelectric ïîñòàâëÿåò Òà â 45 ñòðàí ìèðà,
ïðè÷åì â ïîñëåäíåå âðåìÿ è â ñòðàíû ÑÍÃ. Ìîäåëüíûé ðÿä âêëþ÷àåò
ãåíåðàòîðû ìîùíîñòüþ îò 15 äî 550 âàòò. Èñïîëüçîâàíèå ÒÃ îïðàâäàíî â
òåõ ñëó÷àÿõ, êîãäà òðåáóåòñÿ îáåñïå÷èòü íàäåæíûé è ýêîíîìè÷íûé èñòî÷íèê
ïèòàíèÿ äëÿ àâòîíîìíîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ, íàõîäÿùåãîñÿ â óäàëåííûõ,
òðóäíîäîñòóïíûõ ðàéîíàõ. Ìîùíîñòü ïîòðåáëåíèÿ äîõîäèò äî 5 êèëîâàòò.

ÒÃ íàøëè íàèáîëåå øèðîêîå ïðèìåíåíèå â íåôòåãàçîâîé
ïðîìûøëåííîñòè, à èìåííî, â ñëåäóþùèõ íàïðàâëåíèÿõ:

Êàòîäíàÿ çàùèòà

Òà îáåñïå÷èâàþò ïèòàíèåì êàòîäíóþ çàùèòó òðóáîïðîâîäîâ è îáñàäíûõ
òðóá, ñ öåëüþ çàùèòû èõ îò êîððîçèè. Îòñóòñòâèå äâèæóùèõñÿ ÷àñòåé
îáóñëàâëèâàåò âûñîêóþ íàäåæíîñòü ãåíåðàòîðîâ, â ñðàâíåíèè ñî âñåìè
îñòàëüíûìè âèäàìè àâòîíîìíîãî ïèòàíèÿ, à òàêæå âûñîêóþ
ýôôåêòèâíîñòü, ñî÷åòàþùóþñÿ ñ ìèíèìàëüíûìè îïåðàöèîííûìè
èçäåðæêàìè.

SCADA

Ñèñòåìû SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) íàõîäÿò âñå
áîëåå øèðîêîå ïðèìåíåíèå äëÿ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ ìîíèòîðèíãà è êîíòðîëÿ çà
îáîðóäîâàíèåì íà óäàëåííûõ íåôòåãàçîâûõ ïðîìûñëàõ. ÒÃ ñëóæàò äëÿ
ïèòàíèÿ òåëåìåòðè÷åñêîé àïïàðàòóðû, ãàçîàíàëèçàòîðîâ è èçìåðèòåëüíûõ
ïðèáîðîâ, à òàêæå äëÿ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ àâàðèéíîãî îòêëþ÷åíèÿ àâòîíîìíî
äåéñòâóþùåé êîíòðîëüíîé àïïàðàòóðû.

Îôôøîðíûå ïëàòôîðìû

Îñîáåííî óäîáíû ÒÃ â óñëîâèÿõ àâòîíîìíî äåéñòâóþùèõ îôôøîðíûõ
ïëàòôîðì, ãäå âûñîêèå ñòàíäàðòû íàäåæíîñòè ýíåðãåòè÷åñêèõ ñèñòåì
äîëæíû ñî÷åòàòüñÿ ñ èõ íåóÿçâèìîñòüþ äëÿ àãðåññèâíûõ âíåøíèõ
âîçäåéñòâèé, òàêèõ êàê ìîðñêàÿ âîäà, õîëîä, âåòåð è ò.ä.

Òîïëèâíûå ÿ÷åéêè

Åùå îäíèì "êîíüêîì" Global Thermoelectric
ÿâëÿåòñÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâî òîïëèâíûõ ÿ÷ååê (fuel
cells), ïî-âèäèìîìó, íàèáîëåå ïåðñïåêòèâíîé
ìèðîâîé òåõíîëîãèè ïðîèçâîäñòâà ýíåðãèè,
çàðîäèâøåéñÿ â íà÷àëå 90-õ ãîäîâ. Îäíàêî
ëèøü â àïðåëå 1999 ãîäà, êîãäà êàíàäñêàÿ
êîìïàíèÿ ñîîáùèëà î ïðîðûâå â ðàçâèòèè
ýòîé òåõíîëîãèè, ñòàëî âîçìîæíî ãîâîðèòü î
êîììåð÷åñêîì ïðèìåíåíèè îòêðûòèÿ. Íîâàÿ
òåõíîëîãèÿ ïîëó÷èëà íàçâàíèå Solid Oxide
Fuel Cell (SOFC).

 òîïëèâíûõ ÿ÷åéêàõ îáðàçîâàíèå ýëåêòðè÷åñòâà è òåïëîâîé ýíåðãèè
ïðîèñõîäèò òàêæå áåç ìåõàíè÷åñêè äâèæóùèõñÿ ÷àñòåé, êàê è â ÒÃ. Îäíàêî â
äàííîì ñëó÷àå òîïëèâîì ñëóæèò âîäîðîä, êîòîðûé, ñîåäèíÿÿñü ñ
êèñëîðîäîì â îñîáûì îáðàçîì ïðèãîòîâëåííîì ýëåêòðîëèòå, âûäåëÿåò
òåïëî è ãåíåðèðóåò ýëåêòðè÷åñêèé òîê. Âðÿä ëè íóæíî ãîâîðèòü, íàñêîëüêî
ïåðñïåêòèâíûì ìîæåò îêàçàòüñÿ èñòî÷íèê ýíåðãèè, èñïîëüçóþùèé âìåñòî
ãàçà èëè íåôòè òàêîé ðàñïðîñòðàíåííûé òîïëèâíûé ðåñóðñ, êàê âîäîðîä.

 2001 ãîäó Global Thermoelectric ðàññ÷èòûâàåò çàêîí÷èòü ñòðîèòåëüñòâî â
Êàíàäå çàâîäà ïî ïðîèçâîäñòâó ãåíåðàòîðîâ íà SOFC. Àêòèâíàÿ
êîììåð÷åñêàÿ ïðîãðàììà ïî ïðîäàæå òàêèõ ãåíåðàòîðîâ çàïëàíèðîâàíà íà
êîíåö 2002 ãîäà. Îäíàêî óæå ñåé÷àñ êîìïàíèÿ ïîëó÷èëà çàêàç íà 1,3 ìëí
äîëëàðîâ îò êðóïíîãî ïðîèçâîäèòåëÿ ñèëîâîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ äëÿ
àâòîìîáèëüíîé ïðîìûøëåííîñòè íà ïîñòàâêó ãåíåðàòîðîâ íîâîãî òèïà,
êîòîðûå áóäóò èñïîëüçîâàòüñÿ êàê âñïîìîãàòåëüíûé èñòî÷íèê ïèòàíèÿ â
àâòîìîáèëÿõ.
