Lab,

You ain't kidding. Winstar sure has fallen. Its the same old deal...bond debt
that you can't repay. This has killed so many promising young companies in
the past.

The only question is whether they can survive and turn around. I'd sure like
to sit in on the meeting this am at Janus Mutual Funds to figure out what they
are going to do with those 11 million shares.
