I think that the 30% expected decline in top line is more than the market expected, and that might reverberate in the food chain feeding CSCO, and the inventory write down mentioned is a little on the "big side". Not wanting to stand in front of that freight train, I bailed out of MERQ while the bailing was still "good", at least with a minor profit.
