Butterfly
I studied on the charts some more this evening and I still agree with what you said but I don't think IBM will stand still.
I think it could go up as much as 12 to 15 or down as much as about 8 depending on earnings. The butterfly could still work but you would need to be real close to right. Almost broke the 100 today.
If I was really going to play this I would, most likely, just go for the bull put spread. Take a look at what happened last quarter and I don't think IBM's business is really as bad as everyone seems to think.
I don't trust it though - I'll sit this one out.
