If you re-read my post I was attempting to buy below the market today if techs kept falling further. They didn't so I didn't. I am waiting for one more leg down. CSCO warning out to be a catalyst for a short-term sell-off tomorrow. Buy targets could be reached. I am not worried about 1-2 day sell-offs like this and actually welcome it as a chance to get better prices. News should be better from IBM which has 13 billion per year in long-term guaranteed contract revenues to bolster it. I would be surprised if they disappoint by much, a slight miss at the most. Even if they do miss though techs are priced for long-term gains now if you have a window between the new few hours, days or weeks. And sometime soon we'll resume the recovery rally.
