I agree Ron.

You know accounting so didn't CSCO actually LOSE money taking into account the charges?

I just heard Mr. Chambers on CNBC and then news was not good. In fact he said he does not see qrt to qrt growth coming soon. Inventories are still way too high. and the economic conditions in the business have not reached bottom.
He did see "30-50%" growth, but the that seems quite high.

the reaction to csco's announcement will be critical. will it take out the 14 lows? is all this tragedy already priced into the stock (really, who was expecting anything even remotely decent for csco for next 6-9 months?) if csco holds then it would help confirm that we put in a bottom two weeks ago. if it crashes and burns then we will take out the nas low and keep plummeting. ain't it grand. larry
