Jacob,

If they "execute" it right than its worth the cost. Let see how the layoffs happen.
I want to see the new mgmt. structure, that will give a good indication on whether
or not Cisco will grow in the future. Lately they had been lots of new managers/directors/VPs
who did nothing but BS.
