I don't think it's true that they have "issued a patch." I think they said that they're hoping to fix the problem by some time in May, if they know what the problem is, which they think they do but they're not too sure. If you go to microsoft.com and search for "UltimateTV patch" you'll come up empty. You do hear a lot of this kind of propaganda from Microsoft apologists though, so I can't blame you for being fudded: "This is old news. We have a fix. Find some new news." You have to read between and behind the lines to realize that "old news" means since the end of last week, and "we have a fix" means "we can envision a fix, so the fix exists in the imagination."
