I wonder how many analyst will come out tomorrow and say " Now is a good time to buy" Keep saying water available over the hill when you are in the desert and when you arrive it is only a MIRAGE. I have been pinching penny's so hard lately even poor old Abe is begging for mercy.

>>>This market is in trouble<<< Wes, I'm glad you are short, but the dip will be bought in this case during the next 2-3 sessions. Many expected csco to actually lose on their eps as opposed to gain. I agree that the #'s are bad, but the sentiment is clearly changing from selling the bad news to buying it for the short-term. Everyone knows intc's #'s and guidance will be horrible, but that won't sink us down to new lows for the short-term imo. I suspect the weakness on Wednesday will be bought. We shall see.

Wes,

I did some digging after your comment on ONIS re: Qwest contract.
My sister-in law said that it's also sporting an A rating for Acc/Dist in IBD. She also reminded me that an old friend of mine is at ONIS. He's a mid-level executive. Anyway, I gave him a call. Here is what he said:
I'm pretty optimistic, although my area of the company does not get into accounting, the overall feeling here is good. I'm fairly confident we well meet or exceed our numbers

Of course, the CSCO news could kill anything. I covered my short before the close and currently have no position, tho am thinking of getting a little down here in AH. Any thoughts?

Fred
