same here... I was also disappointed with that lousy question, CNBC lost a very good opportunity IMO. Instead I would have preferred CNBC to ask question about

1) stock buy back plans if any ... and/or

2) Dilution effect due to repricing employee stock options planned in May-2001. What about shareholders?

oh yes your so right. why would a direct question to what used to be the most powerfull tech stocks ceo about why investors should bother to hold his stock be relevent on a stock market/ business cable network ?? very good and high level thinking on your part.
