Some people revere Teddy Kennedy. Some revere Jesse Helms. Some think Al Sharpton is a great man. Some think David Duke is a great man. Is is your place, or mine, to say some of these people are following charletans? None of those guys claim to be spreading the word of God, though that may not quite be correct for Helms. Edit: I think it's somewhat dubious to say any of those guys are "revered" either. And that somebody says they hear God speaking to them can mean many things beside the literal existance of God or mental illness.
