One negative response. He did not tell me why. When I was in discussion with my regular attorney in regards to another matter, my regular attorney said he would take a look at the case. I put it in the mail today. I need all press releases from SCMS and 3D from at least 1999. Can't seem to get them from SI or other news archives. My main point to my attorney is that Llamas got our company as an insider and 3D put out press releases using the SCMS symbol. I did file a complaint with the SEC. I sincerely hope some jail time is given. Some really nice people were taken to the cleaners here. Justice needs to be done. George

I reviewed the documents you sent and would appreciate it if you would send me a list of the specific assets you allege were transferred from Scientific Measurement Systems, Inc. to 3D Imaging and Development with the intention to defraud the Debtor's shareholders.
