BB, was not the new order in the stock market design for widows and orphans?

bb,

Excellent post, backed up by market commentaries, and statistics, that Canadian and European citizens have suffered substantially lower losses by the down-turn due to much lower exposure to the equity markets. Many US market 'users' were sucked in by the TV commercials with the message 'take charge of your own destiny with your new ally, the PC and it's ability to access our instant trading interface'...or some other advertising schlock. Remember that video footage of the Iraqis leaving Kuwait..the Hi way of total Destruction? A Nasdaq market video, if available, would be much more dramatic.

bobby, yeah it should have been obvious and I congrad any of us individual investors who took advantage of the bubble...either way. What I was referring to was the institutional hype that was designed to rope in more victims. If it happened, it was immoral.
