Problem is Doc, that $11 Billion isn't "lost"...it's marked as an asset (accounts receivable) by the electricity generators. Wanna bet they haven't adequately reserved against it? Should make for interesting court proceedings as the bankruptcy winds its way through court (hopefully in the middle of the summer, at the peak of blackout season)....
