RE: QCOM hasn't warned. And it won't. I discussed a quiet period with Q's IR several weeks ago. Learned that Q's policy is to go into a self-imposed quiet period starting at the end of the quarter and continuing until earnings are released. Accordingly, the quiet period for this quarter is from April 1 to April 25. Don't expect anything good or bad on earnings until the 25th. The Q has this quarter in the bag, and then some, in my opinion. I figure .31 or .32, two or three pennies over expectations. The forward guidance will be the critical. I can't imagine that it will be good but who knows.
