It wouldn't have to be away from civilisation necessarily - just a change from routine and familiar surroundings ... reason being that so many routine situations lead to lighting up, like for me driving, operating heavy equipment, sitting at the computer ... these have the common factor that i'm seated and focussed on doing something ... it's a fact that the nicotine helps you focus your mind ... or perhaps to the addict the lack of nicotine makes the mind hard to focus ... but there's also just the habit thing - the familiar physical situation in which you've lit one up so many thousands of times before ... habits are great things to break anyway, all habits ... and with smoking, i think it's helpful to break some other ones at the same time as breaking it .. for me anyway.

Ellie, that wasn't my writing there, everything above the url in that post i copied from it .... never tried zyban and likely won't .... all those things are just crutches anyway, when a person is ready they just quit, plain and simple.

wv.v - anybody catch this one today ... quite the little move on 500 square feet of rental, lol ... but it was ready for a little bounce
