Yes, it's the benefit of the doubt rally, but I'm beginning to believe it's too soon and more work is needed in figuring out how the various sectors will rethink the size and configuration of the market they want to address when economies start recovering world wide. In TA terms more base building. If one has bearish tint to ones thinking, then they will see this little rally as just another side show to the ultimate demise of the free world. LOL
