The local HD/Buell dealer, one of the largest in the country, took all his staff to Bahamas last year for a weekend...this year they are offering markdowns and finance deals, apparently they are not moving as much new pricy stuff except for licensed merchandise, but there is only so many t-shirts, jackets, and stickers you can sell.. Your right it's amazing how negotiable sales people become when showroom traffic slows. Winnebago (WGO) is another manufacturer to watch for buying trends, conventional wisdom says they are immune from a slowdown...
