I make no such assertion, I only presented my opinion, and not on RMBS body of IP either, but here and there on specific topics, a big difference between an "opinion" and an assertion of the "moods" in legal circles and rumors of " impending bankruptcy". I went to great length explaining that rendering an "opinion" on the validity or lack thereof, or even extent of coverage of RMBS's IP is well beyond my qualifications.

Comedy is comedy, but perhaps that was somewhat over the top. I figured you were joking when that "trophy wife" thing came out. But you could have exposed the joke at the end instead of in a later post.

Humor comes in all shapes, perhaps some did not understand them.
