i also think that it doesn't help that the techs are in a transition period as well. We're going away from desktop to mobile. We're going from copper wires to fiber optics. All tech companies are hurting because of the economy. But the old tech companies (CSCO, MSFT, INTC) are getting a double whammy by a shift away from their products. When things turn around (i don't know when that will be), the new techs will have a better rebound than the old ones. i suppose it's somewhat obvious but that's my 2 cents.
