I hope you are wrong, because if CSCO is liable for inventory at their ECM's they should have reported that inventory on their last quarter balance sheet, if they did not, they are in trouble not just from the SEC, but from many irate stock holders...Chambers had the occasion to clarify that as one cause of the write offs in his warning, I did not see any such assertion. If you remember, SSTI delayed their last quarterly because they needed to clarify some "returns" status and were negotiating with their customers, the stock got cut down badly after that.
