The trading on HOMS is interesting. If you watch closely, you'll see that it ignores large trades at/below the bid yet rises on a few trades of 100 or 200 shares strung together. The more I look at this stock the more I'm sure it's hugely over-valued.

The HOMS bulls that I've seen on message boards are those same great-concept-forget-the-business-fundamentals types that taught us three years ago how foolish we all are for not investing every cent we have on the internet stocks. Still, I've learned the hard way never to underestimate the number of such persons buying a stock or how high they can push it.

HOMS will come down eventually. There is no doubt about that. I just hope they don't push it to the moon first and force me to cover my short.

I'm looking forward to A@P's report on Friday.
