i agree that much of the indian market is overvalued tech stocks however in the long run as tech is outsourced i think india will benefit greatly with educated low cost labor pool...
of course valuations are high now but if crash then maybe a buy for long term growth potential...dont know why USA GB and others wouldnt move to lower cost areas for software,web, etc development
