Let's just hope you don't have to return anything. then you'll miss those 100+ people a lot. COOL was already pretty lean. In the past few months I would often not get anyone on the phone to confirm price/availablity since their web site is often wrong. I have the back orders to prove it. No big deal though, I've noticed these problems with practically all the major online e-tailors I deal with. It's hard to motovate employees when their stock options are nearly worthless.
