I know that TCM calls this their 'co-build' strategy, but my question is "isn't this vendor financing?" I continue to note that the players involved with TCM in their co-builds are they with little hope of obtaining financing in this market....FTHL is the most recent.

I approve of the strategy, but what happens when rates decline sufficiently to endanger these player's abilities to pay TCM? Are there any links showing how the financial arrangements are managed?
