This is very bullish, and I do not say that because the opening and CSCO news were bought hard. From an EWave perspective, this is very worrisome for the bears. The possibility that we turned down off the NASDAQ recent highs was negated when we made it over the swing low of yesterday. This could be the start of a wave 5 up, where the sideways action of the last few days was a 4. I am not being wishy-washy here -- this should not be this strong if things are otherwise.
